Description:Responsibilities to include:Support the Engineering Change Management (ECM) process so design changes and product improvements are implemented in a timely and cost-effective manner.Develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships with cross-functional team members to support and influence continuous improvement on current production parts.Developing and maintaining supplier relationships to monitor and improve performance, including measurement of performance and defining corrective actions.Driving supply chain deliverables for engineering product development program.Leading and supporting continuity of supply by driving continuous improvement, critical resourcing, and risk mitigation.Negotiation of supply agreements (ex: Last Time Buy) ensuring the company meets overall goals for cost, quality, and continuity of supply.REQUIRED:Working knowledge of Supply Management processes and principles, specifically sourcing, contracting and negotiationsPrior experience working in the manufacturing environment and/or ability to learn new processes quicklySkills in interpersonal communications, negotiation, and conflict resolution -Must be comfortable with professional communicationsExperience in specific areas of Supply Management / Procurement such as strategic sourcing process, supplier integration, strategic supply management, supplier development, module supply management, scheduling, cost reduction, etc.Experience managing competing priorities, multi-task, and resolving complex problems.Ability to work in a fast-paced office environmentMicrosoft Office – particularly Outlook.PREFERRED/WHAT MAKES YOU STAND OUT:Supply Chain experienceSAP experienceExperience working in the Electronics IndustryExperience working on global teams or with global productDegree in Supply Management, Business/Management, or equivalent.Notes:This team is working a hybrid schedule – 4 days in office, 1 remote.
