DescriptionCost Management AnalystJob Responsibilities:- Analyze and support the price and material adjustment process. Validate part lists are complete, current prices match and ensure documentation is included and supports requested changes.- Identify outliers and be able to investigate and escalate issues to resolution.- Forecasting: Manage specific council’s Material Place Holders (forecast tool). Conduct monthly 1on1 reviews with Supply Base Managers to ensure a robust forecast for raw materials, and assist in month-end activities related to updating forecasts in the Cost Management System (CMS)- Publish reports, understand the reports you publish and be able to answer questionsSkill Set Requirements:- Must have demonstrated strong experience with Excel – specifically functions like VLOOKUP’s and pivot tables- Strong Interpersonal communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills- Ability to work with team- Strong Analytical Skills- Good Organizational Skills- Skill in interpersonal communications, negotiation, and conflict resolutionAdditional Notes:- A degree is required for this position (Technical Degree, Associates Degree, or 4-Year Degree will all be accepted)-Recent graduates will be consideredNotes:100% Onsite position.
