Job Description

Duties:

The System Admin Marketing Technology on the Public Affairs Digital Strategy team reports to the Manager Digital Communications and will oversee and manage our content management system, digital asset management platform, creative suite, and project management tool. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of our business systems, with the ability to optimize their functionalities to meet the needs of our organization and contractual requirements. This role requires technical expertise, strategic thinking, and a collaborative mindset to ensure seamless integration and efficient operation of our marketing technology ecosystem.

Manage content management system, including implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the platform.
Oversee digital asset management platform, ensuring efficient storage, retrieval, and distribution of multimedia assets.
Configure and customize work intake system to streamline project management processes and workflows.
Establish governance for use of business systems and serve as a subject matter expert across the enterprise.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solution within the marketing technology ecosystem.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement optimizations to ensure maximum uptime and reliability.
Develop and maintain documentation, user guides, and training materials to support internal stakeholders in utilizing marketing technology systems effectively.
Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and system updates to continuously enhance our digital capabilities.

Skills:
3-5 Years with the below mentioned experience
Proven experience administering Adobe Experience Manager Sites, Assets, and Adobe Workfront
Strong technical proficiency in Adobe systems, including configuration, customization, and troubleshooting
Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and Javascript.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions within established timelines.
Experience with health care and/or regulated industries preferred but not required.
Adobe Experience League certifications for Sites, Assets, and Workfront

Education:
Bachelor’s Degree, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
