RemoteDescription:Quality Apps Support - Systems Analysis Sr. AdvisorPosition Overview:The job profile for this position is Systems Analysis Sr. Advisor. The System Analysis Sr. Advisor role has the following major components:Works with business partners to develop complete and accurate business requirementsCreates comprehensive functional requirementsDevelops complex SSRS reports – new and updatesExecutes functional and regression testing of code changes for ongoing break fixes and enhancementsAssists in User Acceptance Testing of code changes for ongoing breaks fixes and enhancementsReviews all existing processes and data and recommends / documents / implements improvementsKey Responsibilities:System Analysis team members within the Quality Apps Support team are responsible for the following:Participate in end-to-end user requirements discussionsCoordinate with business partners to be able to translate business process/workflows to technical process/workflowCoordinate with developers on technical deliverySuggest design for and test code changesDesign ways to improve systems, reducing costs and maximizing opportunitiesDocumentation of all calls, business requirements and team itemsScrum Master – assist with leading scrum, entering items into Jira and assisting with management of projects (this year we had 21)Required Experience / Qualifications:3+ years of intermediate to advanced T-SQL (complex JOINs, subqueries, stored procedures, indexes, temp tables and CTEs, query optimization is a MUST). MS SQL is a must. TD SQL is desired but not required.3+ years of functional testing and regression/negative testing3+ years of Intermediate to advanced SSRS (hands on dev experience with drilldowns, drillthroughs, dynamic groupings, document maps, single dataset for multiple controls etc etc)3+ years of intermediate SSIS (must be able to review / debug / suggest design for SSIS packages, must understand SSIS metadata rules, various SSIS properties, etc)5+ years of data analysis and mining5+ years of requirements gathering in Agile environmentsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsLogical, detail-oriented team player who learns quickly and has the ability to handle multiple, competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentDesired Experience / Qualifications:Bachelor’s DegreeMedicare / MedicaidMedical and coding terminologySNP Model of CareHealth Services / Medical Management / Population HealthScrum master experienceThe TeamThe Quality Apps Support team is responsible for:Quality Datamart maintenanceAll client MA SNP Model of Care (MOC) and HRA reportingvBids WHP reportingCMS Universe and annual Part C reportingCMS Face to Face Requirements reportingNotes:RemoteVIVA is an equal opportunity employer.
