Description:

Systems & Data Analyst (SDA)

Operate and maintain project management and business systems, including Oracle Primavera P6, Deltek Cobra, SharePoint, Power BI, Excel, and other Microsoft tools.
Integrate and automate project and financial data workflows, supporting internal, month-end, and DOE reporting requirements.
Support development, implementation, and maintenance of project controls systems, including cost, risk, and earned value components.
Analyze and present project performance data, including cost and schedule variances, trends, and scenario modeling to stakeholders.
Collect, validate, and report monthly project performance data, enabling accurate and timely portfolio and program-level reporting.
Administer and troubleshoot project systems and databases, ensuring reliability, data integrity, and smooth operation.
Identify, investigate, and resolve data and reporting issues, developing and implementing effective technical or process solutions.
Maintain configuration control of key project documentation, such as baselines, change logs, and reporting records.
Collaborate with project staff, including technical and financial leads, to ensure alignment on data, systems, and reporting.
Develop and support automated reports and dashboards, enabling visibility into project and portfolio performance.
Support integration of data across platforms, ensuring consistency between cost, schedule, and risk systems.
Create and maintain user guides, system documentation, and training materials for project tools and processes.
Provide training and guidance to project teams, particularly when tools or processes are updated or enhanced.
Test and support deployment of system enhancements and updates, including documentation and environment setup as needed.
Work independently across multiple concurrent projects, managing priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
