• Associate or bachelor’s degree with a business-related concentration or equivalent experience
• 2-4 years of experience owning full life cycle recruiting for a wide variety of roles at all levels
• Have experience and passion for inclusiveness and diversity
• At least 2 years of experience in sourcing and process management/closing capacities
• A consistent track-record of success in a metrics or goal-based talent acquisition setting
• Strong time-management and organizational skills


Preferred Qualifications for Position

• Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or a related field
• Experience using Workday

Responsibilities:

Job Summary

• This position is responsible for scheduling interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process. Additionally, they will be a point of contact for general candidate inquiries, providing clear and helpful information. On a daily basis, they will support compliance checks during the onboarding process, including I-9 verifications to ensure compliance with employment eligibility requirements.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Scheduling Interviews:
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Ensure all logistics (e.g., time, location, virtual setup) are confirmed and communicated clearly to all parties.

Candidate Support:
• Serve as a point of contact for candidates, answering general questions related to the interview process, company culture, and role details.
• Provide timely and professional responses to candidate inquiries via email, phone, or other communication channels.

I-9 Verification Support:
• Assist in the collection and verification of I-9 documentation for new hires to ensure compliance with federal regulations.
• Maintain accurate records and assist with any follow-up documentation as necessary.

Administrative Support:
• Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other HR databases.
• Assist with the preparation of interview materials, including interview schedules and candidate packets.

Collaboration with Hiring Teams:
• Work closely with HR team members and hiring managers to coordinate interview schedules and ensure all necessary steps are taken throughout the hiring process.
• Provide support in coordinating interview feedback and follow-up communications.

Candidate Experience:
• Foster a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Ensure timely communication and transparency with candidates regarding interview outcomes and next steps.

Compliance and Documentation:
• Ensure adherence to all relevant compliance requirements related to interview scheduling, documentation, and I-9 verifications.
• Assist with general HR reporting and tracking of recruitment and hiring processes.

Notes:

Hybrid- In office Tuesday and Wednesday
Overtime as needed
Need someone very detail oriented and okay with doing repetitive tasks. Needs to know how to multi-task while staying organized.
Prefer someone that has supported HR in the past, ideally handling compliance tasks.
