Job Description


The TA Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring an organized, efficient, and welcoming hiring process, helping create a positive and seamless experience for both candidates and hiring teams.

Core Duties and Responsibilities
Support recruiters and hiring managers with day-to-day coordination and scheduling of interviews, phone screens, and recruiting activities.
Maintain clear, timely communication with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers to ensure a smooth and organized hiring process.
Proactively manage scheduling changes and respond promptly to inquiries, delivering a high-quality customer service experience.
Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, guiding them through onsite or virtual interviews and ensuring a positive experience.
Coordinate candidate travel and accommodations when required.
Maintain accurate candidate records and data integrity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Schedule post-interview debriefs and prepare evaluation materials to support structured, equitable hiring decisions.
Curate interview guides, evaluation forms, and related materials to ensure consistency across hiring processes.
Collect, track, and consolidate interview feedback to support effective hiring manager decision-making.
Complete weekly, monthly, and ad hoc recruiting reports and metrics.
Facilitate reference checks using Checkster or similar tools.
Provide flexible support across additional recruiting initiatives as needed.

Requirements:

Minimum Requirements

Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree and two years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong customer service mindset and professionalism when interacting with diverse stakeholders.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and standard productivity tools (Google Workspace and Microsoft Office).
Working knowledge of state and federal employment laws, including affirmative action and equal employment opportunity requirements.

Top 3 requirements to hire:
Talent Acquisition Coordination experience at a large company, ability to support multiple recruiters and 30+ requisitions at any given time, experience with coordinating zoom and onsite interviews.

Notes:
This is a hybrid position with a combination of onsite and remote work. The TA Coordinator is expected to work onsite at least two days per week (typically Tuesdays and Wednesdays). Onsite days may fluctuate based on business needs.
Shift timing/schedule: 8am to 5pm
Occasional travel to main campus.
