Attending Hiring Events (organizing them on a monthly basis).What your day-to-day will look like:Coordinating with hiring managers to identify workforce needsConducting strategy calls and determining selection criteriaSourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks), sourcing platforms, and responses to posted positionsPlanning interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviewsAssessing candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System (Avature)Working with Hiring Managers to create impactful job descriptions and potential interview questions that reflect each position’s requirementsOrganizing and attending career fairs and recruitment eventsFostering long-term relationships with past applicants, potential candidates, and Hiring ManagersTo thrive in this role, you have:Proven work experience (5-8 years) as a Talent Acquisition Professional or similar roleAdept with social media, resume databases, and professional networks (Factory Fix, LinkedIn, etc.)Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methodsKnowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in addition to sourcing and presentation skillsA keen understanding of the differences between various roles within matrixed, corporate organizations4-year degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field (preferred)Notes:8 AM - 5 PMPosition is Hybrid – 2 days per week in the office.
