Job Description

Job Summary
This position is responsible for executing full life-cycle recruiting activities that include research, development, and implementation of effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of highly qualified talent for the organization in a timely manner. To ensure an exceptional experience, this position will also be charged with providing best-in-class service to our candidates and hiring leaders.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Partner with Sourcing Consultant to create sourcing strategies to identify and attract diverse, qualified talent pipelines that meet current and future hiring needs and drive growth across the business units you support
Based on hiring trends, proactive source and create pipelines for roles
Perform resume reviews, phone screens, present candidate slate to hiring leader, advise hiring leader on hiring process and facilitate job offer process between successful candidate and hiring leader
Use excellent negotiation skills to ‘close the deal’ and secure top talent for the organization
Drive high candidate experience favorability scores, regardless of the hiring outcome, by supporting candidates through the recruiting process and providing strong feedback during and after
Serve as a brand ambassador by sharing our value proposition to increase and strengthen our brand in the market
Lead by example by maintaining all pertinent applicant and interview data in the Applicant Tracking System, ensuring maximum usage of the system
Contribute to developing and implementing diversity and community recruiting initiatives in support of the organization’s diverse hiring goals and objectives
Leverage multiple channels and social media technology in recruitment campaigns
Communicate important employment information during delivery of employment offers (e.g., benefits, compensation, non-compete agreements)
Track goals, metrics and performance of the hiring cycle; regularly communicate status and results
Ensure all recruiting processes and applicant data is within OFCCP compliance
Research and collaborate with Talent Acquisition on recruiting best practices
Leverage sourcing tools to confirm we are recruiting and hiring to reflect the communities we serve
Participate in in-person and/or virtual recruitment events

Required Qualifications for Position

Associates or bachelor’s degree with a business-related concentration or equivalent experience
2-4 years of experience owning full life cycle recruiting for a wide variety of roles at all levels
Have experience and passion for inclusiveness and diversity
At least 2 years of experience in sourcing and process management/closing capacities
A consistent track-record of success in a metrics or goal-based talent acquisition setting
Strong time-management and organizational skills


Preferred Qualifications for Position

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
Experience using Workday

Proficient computer and data entry skills with Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday), Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Provide best-in-class customer service to business partners
Ability to build and maintain effective customer and professional relationships through strong interpersonal skills with emphasis on relationship-building and consistent demonstration of solid professional judgement
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communications skills, including verbal, written and listening skills
Ability to respond to and handle confidential business and personal information/documents
Logical and analytical thinking abilities

Ability to work with minimum supervision
Occasional Day and Night Travel (25-50%)

Notes:
This will be a hybrid role with Tuesday/Wednesday onsite with potential of remote work.
8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
