Job Description Summary
This position is responsible for a variety of functions to support the responsibilities of the Talent Management team. This includes maintaining talent management projects and programs to support the growth of leaders; analyzing performance gaps and learning needs to support performance management activities and succession planning. Also, this position is responsible for making recommendations to improve programs to support the growth of leaders; and collecting development program data to benchmark learning and development of leaders. The scope includes participating with teams that consult with customers, internal workgroups, and external vendors; the coordination of communication plans and project management activities related to complex learning strategies; and the evaluation of learning and business outcomes.

Description:

Research and prepare proposals for performance and learning initiatives to support Talent Management strategy.
Implement and enhance performance management tools and processes aligned with talent management strategy.
Analyze performance data and prepare reports with insights and recommendations.
Partner with HRBPs and other departments as applicable to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
Assist in the development and roll-out of performance management initiatives.
Support the design, coordination and execution of talent review process for multiple levels of the organization.
Analyze talent data and trends to identify capabilities, gaps and development leads of a variety of leadership groups.
Support the development and creation of tools and frameworks to support succession planning and talent reviews along with other performance management initiatives.
Support the creation of targeted development plans for high-potential talent and successors.
Support change management and communications related to talent initiatives.
Create compelling, executive ready PowerPoint presentations that communicates insights, trends, and strategic recommendations to various stakeholders.
Develop and execute the planning of complex talent management deliverables working with internal teams and external vendors through the development of project plans and multi-faceted timelines
Identify and recommend solutions for project risks as appropriate.
Create an open and supportive climate for collaboration by demonstrating good listening/follow-up skills and providing constructive feedback/advice.
Create solid rapport and maintain trust with stakeholders by ensuring positive and effective impacts on stakeholders business results with an end goal of compromise.
Lead individual and group efforts in multiple project work streams to execute plan and strategy, track progress, maintain regular communication with goal sponsors, managers, leads and team members; coach and mentor members of a multi-disciplinary team, business partners, internal team and leadership.
Work with others to analyze information and evaluate results to identify appropriate solutions.
Respond to requests by being proactive and setting expectations with customers and SMEs.


Required Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Development, Organizational Development or Instructional Design and 3-years’ experience in instructional design, performance consulting, and/or development OR 7 years’ experience in instructional design, performance consulting, and/or development
Advanced PowerPoint and presentation design skills, including data visualization and executive storytelling
Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills.
Pays close attention to timebound projects and meets those hard deadlines.
Clear and concise verbal and written communications skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the ability to interpret and produce data driven insights.
Sound inductive and deductive reasoning skills.
Knowledge with talent management and/or performance management trends in the industry
Strong project management skills, with ability to prioritize, plan and drive execution across multiple projects.
Curious, agile and solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail.


Preferred Job Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Human Resource Development, Organizational Development, or Instructional Design.
Knowledge with Workday or other Performance Management systems
3 years Talent Management experience in a corporate or business setting.
Familiarity with modern performance management trends.
Experience working with multiple internal and external customers, senior management, subject matter experts
Advanced experience with Microsoft Office tools like Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with creating and using business intelligence platforms to connect data from multiple sources.
Demonstrated experience using Microsoft platforms such as Power Automate and Power Apps to create automated workflows.
