This position is responsible for providing support to the Tax Technology Team. The ideal candidate willCreate documentation for new and existing processes including procedures, user guides, process flows, requirements and acceptance criteriaProvide day to day administrative supportMaintain existing and design new Tableau Dashboards and Alteryx workflowsAssist with transition of Alteryx workflows from shared drives to SharepointDevelop process documentation to support cross-training on existing Alteryx workflowsPerform analysis on data and make recommendationsRepresent the team internally/externally to the department.Work independently and proactively search out potential problems and recommend solutions.Demonstrate ability to acquire skills with minimal formal trainingSkills:SOLID problem-solving, multi-tasking and prioritization skillsSOLID data management and normalization skills including the ability to work with data from CSV files, MS Excel,Be extremely organized and capable of handling multiple details simultaneouslyQualifications:Developer experience with Alteryx Designer and Alteryx Server - minimum 1 yearTableau experience- minimum 1 yearBusiness Intelligence – minimum 2 yearsPreferred ExperienceTax and/or accounting experienceMicrosoft Power PlatformUIPathVertex On Demand Sales & Use TaxNote :This position is RemoteContract to HireVIVA is an equal opportunity employer.
