Job Description

Description:

Serves as a Business Analyst responsible for producing structured requirements and project documentation that support clear scope definition, process understanding, traceability, and successful project delivery.

1. Serves as a Business Analyst responsible for developing structured documentation that supports project governance, requirements clarity, and delivery transparency.

2. Elicits, analyzes, and documents business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams.

3. Develops Statements of Work (SOW), project charters, and other scope-defining documentation.

4. Produces structured requirements artifacts including business requirements, use cases, and functional specifications.

5. Documents current-state and future-state business processes using workflow diagrams and process documentation.

6. Maintains requirements traceability to ensure alignment between documented requirements, solution design, testing, and delivered functionality.

7. Develops acceptance criteria and supports User Acceptance Testing documentation to validate that solutions meet defined requirements.

8. Prepares project artifacts including meeting summaries, decision logs, and stakeholder documentation.

9. Collaborates with project managers, technical teams, and business stakeholders to ensure documentation accuracy and completeness.

Maintains organized documentation repositories to support transparency, knowledge management, and audit readiness

Skill - Required / Desired - Amount of Experience

Serving as a Business Analyst responsible for developing structured documentation that supports project governance, requirements clarity, and delivery - Required - 3 Years

Experience Eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams - Required - 3 Years
