Job Description

Hybrid. Remote with occasional onsite

Description:

The Technical Analyst / Project Facilitator serves as a bridge between technical teams, business stakeholders, and project management leadership.

Technical Analysis & Support:
Analyze technical requirements, system workflows, and integration points across clinical and business applications.
Assist with solution design, testing, and validation of application functionality.
Translate technical details into business-friendly documentation and presentations.
Support system troubleshooting and escalate technical issues to appropriate teams.

Project Facilitation & Coordination:
Coordinate project activities, tasks, and deliverables with IT and clinical/business teams.
Develop and maintain project documentation including charters, status reports, meeting minutes, and risk logs.
Track timelines and dependencies, escalating risks and delays to leadership.
Facilitate communication between stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams.

Stakeholder Engagement:
Partner with clinical, administrative, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and validate project deliverables.
Organize and Lead project meetings, workgroups, and status updates.
Ensure alignment of projects with DSOHF strategic priorities and regulatory requirements.

Quality Assurance & Compliance:
Assist in developing and executing test plans for new systems or enhancements.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, client IT security policies, and organizational change management processes.
Support post-go-live monitoring and validation of technical solutions.

Continuous Improvement:
Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and collaboration in IT project delivery.
Contribute to knowledge base and documentation standards for ITD.

Required/Desired Skills:

Skill - Required / Desired - Amount of Experience
Epic implementation or operations support experience - Highly desired - 2 Years
Health IT experience - Highly desired - 2 Years
Working knowledge in application development and system integration - Nice to have - 2 Years
Ability to manage timelines, financial resources, and the activities of others to achieve success and to monitor project progress and provide updates - Highly desired - 2 Years
Experience in the entire development process including specification, workflow analysis, workflow diagrams, data modeling, documentation, and quality - Highly desired - 2 Years
Able to convey technical information to client and promote understanding of relevant issues - Highly desired - 2 Years
