Job Summary:

Client USA INC. is seeking a knowledgeable and dynamic Technical Sales Representative to join our team and drive sales for our technical projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical products/services and the ability to convey complex information in an accessible manner. The role involves developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and decision-makers and build relationships with them.
- Understand customer needs and requirements.
- Lead generation through various methods including networking, cold calling, and leveraging existing contacts.
- Provide detailed technical explanations and demonstrations of solution capabilities.
- Prepare and deliver customer presentations and demonstrations that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition.
- Respond to client queries regarding solution specifications and applications.
- Collaborate with technical support teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients and close sales.
- Provide input to product development teams on customer needs and requests.
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and sales meetings.
- Keep abreast of market trends, competition, and new opportunities.
- Reach or exceed sales targets while ensuring satisfaction and loyalty in client relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity, pipeline, and forecast data.

- Proven sales experience in a technical field, with a track record of over-achieving quota.
- Strong understanding of technical and engineering concepts.
- Ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
- Excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to persuade and close deals.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Must be a self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet potential and existing clients.
