Job Description:Technical Training SpecialistDuties and Responsibilities:Partner with the Director Senior HRBP and Global Training Manager to design, plan and execute technical training activities for the Hub Associates, to maximize effectiveness by ensuring associates have thorough knowledge of products and processes.Partner with Director, Senior HRBP and managers to understand the training and competencies needs from each department and consolidate those needs in a plan for necessary actions.Develop and implement comprehensive training programs partnering with the global training team and external vendors.Assess training needs and design effective training solutions.Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and informative training content.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.Administer the Learning Management System (LMS), including creating events and sessions for various courses.Maintain and update LMS content to ensure it is current and relevant.Maintain training and certification records for the Hub.Facilitate training programs, including leadership skills, interpersonal skills, lean management, orientation/onboarding, and other non-technical training topics.Create innovative and technical learning experiences aligned with company’s needs.Work together with Subject Matter Experts to design and develop instructional materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training, hands-on exercises, job aids and assessments.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in education, Human Resources, Business Administration, Design or related field.Proven experience as a Training Specialist or similar role.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Strong organizational and leadership abilities.Proficiency in training software and tools.Ability to work independently and collaboratively; self-motivated and disciplined to meet deadlines in the context of competing priorities and projects; lead and work effectively with cross-functional teamsPreferred Skills and Qualifications:Graphic Design:Proficiency in creating visually compelling and interactive training materials.Expertise in video editing and multimedia creation using Adobe After Effects.Skilled in photography and videography, including aerial photography using drones.Industrial Design:Proficiency in 3D modeling and animation using tools such as 3DS MAX, INVENTOR, and VRAY.Ability to create detailed and accurate 3D models for training purposes.Capacity to create videos from footage collected at sites, showcasing real-world applications and scenarios.Instructional Design:Experience in eLearning creation and implementation.Ability to design effective and engaging training programs that meet the needs of diverse learners.Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.Experience using AI tools like Synthesis to create instructional videos.Additional Attributes:Creative and innovative mindset.Strong attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Passion for continuous learning and professional development.Notes:Temp to Hire PositionMonday to Friday – 40 hours per week.Hybrid: 2 days min in office, other days working from home.
