Creating, editing, and maintaining technical documentation such as user manuals, technical specifications, service methods, repair times, interactive schematics, and help guides for products developed by the client. Works closely with service engineering, engineering, manufacturing, compliance, product managers, and subject matter experts to gather information and ensure accuracy of technical documentation. Responsible for organizing, managing, and maintaining a repository of technical documents, ensuring all technical documentation adheres to established style guidelines and is written in clear and concise language for both technical and non-technical users. Additionally, may be required to create technical illustrations to support written content and perform editorial duties, such as copy editing, proofreading, and fact-checking, to ensure the accuracy and clarity of all documentation. Must have experience using Arbortecxt software
