The client is seeking an experienced Advanced Planning Document (APD) Writer.This position develops Advanced Planning Documents (APDs) for the Medicaid Enterprise System (MES) and client department, along with other documentation supporting MES planning, implementation, and operational activities. The role reviews APDs, provides detailed feedback, drafts CMS submittal letters, and ensures all materials meet federal expectations. It requires strong stakeholder engagement, project coordination, and technical communication skills. The APD Writer translates complex information into clear, accessible documentation and collaborates with project teams, technical teams, vendors, and budget offices to produce well structured, timely APDs aligned with CMS guidelines and program requirements.
