Job Description

Description:

  • We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR Time and Attendance WFM Implementation Specialist to join our local team to provide expert guidance during the ADP Workforce Manager deployment project and support on the project functional activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the time and attendance process and system expert, offering guidance to Time SMEs and business stakeholders on the best practices for time tracking, attendance management, and compliance with labor law throughout the project,
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with GDPR following Global and local requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and Payroll, to gather requirements and ensure BBP design covers defined project scope.
  • Oversee testing and implementation, address issues promptly, identify risks and develop and execute risk mitigation plans.
  • Log actions or tickets with IT or vendors and manage escalations effectively.
  • Support Project Manager and Functional Lead on the preparation of regular project status reports.
  • Support change management efforts to ensure the change is sustained and reinforced.
  • Prepare and support the creation of local and global guidelines and instructions for the time and attendance process.
  • Play a key role in developing and delivering training, particularly for time SMEs on the system functionalities and processes.
  • Help close project ensuring that all requirements have been met and with proper documentation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience as a time expert with UKG Pro Workforce Management (formerly Kronos Dimensions) or ADP Workforce Management.
  • Proven experience in implementing Time & Attendance systems, preferably in a large organization.
  • Strong knowledge of HR Time tracking, attendance management, and payroll processes is a plus
  • Familiarity with GDPR and other data protection regulations.
  • Proven experience in requirements gathering, testing, and implementing time systems.
  • Strong skills in stakeholder communication and management.
  • Proven ability in coaching and training.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Education:

  • Bachelor Degree in Business or related field.

Note:

Work Type: Hybrid/remote. (2 days in Office / 3 Days Remote).
