Job Description

Description:

Tour Coordinator

Ensures that excellent customer service is given to visitors and customers interested in learning about client the company and the equipment it produces resulting in the best possible client experience.


Duties:

Coordinates and plans all factory tours. Prepares tour guide work schedules ensuring appropriate number of tour guides are available for scheduled tours. Compiles data necessary to prepare files or create standard and special reports using defined formats. Performs office administrative duties including correspondence invoicing filing bill payment and reporting. Acts as the Company representative during factory tours and events. Trains tour guides on tour routes and appropriate information to provide guests.This position may require driving.

Specific Position Requirements

Job Requirements (Temporary / Contingent):
Serve as the central coordination point for factory tours, visits, and onsite events, ensuring a seamless experience for employees, visitors, and customers.
Coordinate logistics, schedules, and onsite support for customer and employee visits, working closely with factory leadership and cross functional teams.
Manage time sensitive priorities and proactively align tour and event schedules to avoid conflicts with downtime, shift changes, or major factory activities.
Provide exceptional customer service and act as a professional representative of the client located factory during visits and events.
Maintain accurate schedules, communications, and documentation related to tours, events, and visitor coordination.

Preferred Skills:
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple, time sensitive schedules and priorities
Professional customer service skills and comfort interacting with leaders, customers, and visitors
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft tools (Outlook, Excel, Teams, SharePoint) for scheduling and coordination
High attention to detail and proactive problem solving mindset

730a-4pm if tours are happening that day
