Provide an exceptional client experience for stakeholders and guests visiting the site.
Conduct engaging and informative guided tours, sharing information about client’s history, global operations, equipment, and services.
Be comfortable speaking to and engaging with tour groups of varying sizes, including VIP and dignitary audiences.
Safely operate a tour tram and other mobile equipment in a busy, active warehouse environment, while maintaining awareness of surrounding operations.
Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety at all times, following established safety requirements and reinforcing safe practices with tour guests.
Be dependable, punctual, and accountable, arriving on time and prepared to support scheduled tours, events, and other responsibilities.
Provide a high level of customer service and serve as a welcoming, professional representative of the client.
Support daily tour activities, including preparing and organizing personal protective equipment (PPE) for visitors.
Participate in ongoing training and development to continually strengthen tour knowledge, public speaking, safety, and the overall guest experience.
Serve as a knowledgeable ambassador for local community attractions and businesses.
Support special events, including event coordination, setup, and teardown.
Maintain flexibility to work within a seven-day-a-week operation, including holidays, as needed.
