Job Description


GENERAL FUNCTION:
The Trade Marketing Manager for lens point-of-sale is entrusted with developing and executing the lens point-of-sale strategy to enhance premium lens brand awareness and drive product consideration in the US market. Collaborating with the Senior Director of trade marketing, they will craft comprehensive point-of-sale plans tailored to elevate client's premium lens portfolio and provide in-store support for ECP customers.

Success in this role requires the ability to meet tight deadlines, exceptional project management skills, a results-driven mindset, and meticulous attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential for effective project execution and communication.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handle multiple projects, set priorities, and drive results in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Partner with global, product marketing, and sales teams for strategic business advancement.
Develop a comprehensive trade marketing strategy for lens brands, products, and programs.
Align key internal stakeholders on point-of-sale plans.
Support lens product launches and key initiatives through ownership of lens point-of-sale.
Ensure legal compliance of all point-of-sale initiatives.
Ensure the availability of effective collateral and demonstration tools to support the sales team.
Manage lens point-of-sale budget effectively.
Partner with marketing analytics to analyze and report on point-of-sale business impact.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Ability to influence stakeholders and drive results in dynamic environments.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with adaptability in complex situations.
Self-motivated, with a focus on achieving results and delivering impactful marketing campaigns within budget and on time.
Proficient in project management, including scheduling, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration.
Ability to manage organizational complexities and ambiguity.
Strong analytical skills with a commitment to innovation and effective communication.
Customer-focused, with meticulous attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Knowledgeable about marketing principles and practices, with the ability to translate strategy into action.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
Four or more years of marketing or project management experience.
Project management skills.
Experience in the eyewear industry.

Notes:
Hybrid in office 3 days a week
9-5 EST, 40/week
