Position Overview


This position plays a key role in ensuring employees receive the training needed to perform safely, effectively, and confidently. The successful candidate will facilitate training programs, maintain training records, analyze training effectiveness, support compliance requirements, and partner with operational leaders to build workforce capability. This position will work closely with our Learning & Development Manager and will report to the Sr. Site HR Manager.

Training Delivery & Facilitation
Facilitate classroom, virtual, and hands-on training programs for manufacturing employees, supervisors, and leaders.
Deliver compliance, technical, operational, and leadership development training.
Support onboarding and workforce development initiatives for new hires.
Adapt training delivery methods to accommodate different learning styles and operational requirements.
Assist in the coordination and deployment of large-scale training initiatives across multiple shifts.

Learning Program Administration
Maintain employee training records and learning documentation.
Coordinate course scheduling, enrollment, attendance tracking, and completion reporting.
Leverage Learning Management System (LMS) tools to manage training assignments, completions, and learner records.
Ensure training data is accurate, current, and audit-ready.

Training Analytics & Continuous Improvement
Conduct training needs assessments in partnership with business leaders.
Analyze training participation, completion rates, learner feedback, and effectiveness metrics.
Administer surveys and evaluate learning outcomes to identify opportunities for improvement.
Prepare regular reports and dashboards regarding training compliance and workforce readiness.
Recommend and implement enhancements to training programs based on data and operational feedback.

Program Development Support
Assist in designing, updating, and improving facilitator guides, lesson plans, job aids, and training materials.
Support implementation of new learning initiatives and curriculum updates.
Coordinate with external vendors and training partners as needed.
Partner with operational leaders to align learning solutions with business goals and workforce needs.

Stakeholder Partnership
Collaborate with Human Resources, Operations, Safety, Quality, Manufacturing, and other functional teams.
Serve as a trusted resource regarding learning processes, tools, and training requirements.
Support leadership development and employee capability-building initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications
Education / Experience
Candidates must meet one of the following qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of learning, training, talent development, education, workforce development, or related experience
OR
Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Learning & Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business, or related field
OR
At least 3 years of learning, training, workforce development, education, or related experience

Preferred Qualifications
Experience facilitating training programs in a manufacturing, industrial, distribution, logistics, or production environment.
Experience utilizing a Learning Management System (LMS).
Experience tracking and reporting training metrics.
Experience conducting training needs assessments.
Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
Experience creating training materials, job aids, and instructional content.
Knowledge of adult learning principles.
Experience analyzing survey data and training effectiveness metrics.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other reporting tools.

Work Schedule
This role will primarily support Day Shift at the start of the assignment:
Day Shift Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 5:30 AM to 4:00 PM
