Description:Training Administrator/Coordinator III - MarketingMajor PurposePerforms a variety of tactical tasks to support training activities such as support of Web-based learning systems, Information Technology (IT), computer software or hardware, and coordinating training programs. Duties can be complex and deal with technical support, critical administrative tasks, coordinating facility logistics/equipment/training aids and maintaining information in various systems and interaction with external business partners. Deals with proprietary or confidential information regarding Company and channel partner activities and will provide fundamental training relevant to Learning Management System administration at the channel partner level.Major DutiesProduce, update, and provide best practice support on a wide range of Microsoft documents, databases, and other departmental systems.Create a local document management system for an office or department.Prepare moderately complex documents using a variety of applications for technology devices, such as standard office software. Also responsible for gathering and summarizing data for reports.Design own monthly schedule and, if necessary, assign work to others in order to speed up office workflow and ensure high-priority tasks get done.Provide operational support by performing a range of routine activities using existing systems and protocols.Build effective working relationships within the internal client organization and contribute to the management of the partnering relationship, delivering high-quality professional services within established routines or as part of an agreed project.Develop knowledge and understanding of the organization's policies and procedures and of relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct to ensure own work adheres to those standards. Obtain authorization from a supervisor or manager for any exceptions from mandatory procedure.Produce accurate reports for others by collecting data from a variety of standard sources and inputting it into standard formats.Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching.
