Serve as a link between customers, suppliers, and other departments to assure responsiveness to customer and business needs.Manage administrative functions related to invoicing, outside suppliers, procurements/expenditures as it relates to Purchase Orders and budget.Interface with other Company units and departments on issues related to area of responsibility.Manage Training Center assets including Company vehicles.Schedule all R4 US and Canada and CDIP classes.Manage ATR4Training client shared mailbox with other R4 Training Coordinators.Manage R4 Scheduling Form on SharePoint.For someone to be successful, must have: Soft Skills (People/Communication)/Time Management/Attention to details. Previous Office Coordinator experience.Notes:1st shift100% onsite
