Description:
Internal Logistics Specialist
Execute warehousing activities for incoming and outgoing goods. Follow, and ensure that others also follow established procedures and guidelines to receive, handle, store, record and dispatch goods in the warehouse.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensures various warehousing operations, including packing and storage, replenishment, picking, loading, and dispatching are executed in a safe, timely, and efficient manner.
Maintains complete and accurate data in the ERP system.
Checks the quality of incoming goods for storage.
Ensures daily contact with suppliers.
Participates in regular inventory control processes.

Preferred bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or related field with 6+ years relevant work experience in the following: Incoterms knowledge, customer experience success, project execution, and supply chain. Will considered associate’s degree in Eng, or related field with 8+ years relevant work experience.
Advanced level ability to interact and communicate (written and verbal) information to varying levels within the organization.
Previous Supply Chain Experience
Advanced ability to use Microsoft Office products.
Advanced ability to use SAP.
Advanced ability to stay organized and meet deadlines on administrative duties.
Collaborates well with others.
Works with a sense of urgency and ownership; until the job is complete
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Must have minimum of 5 years experience.
Advanced knowledge of Excel is required, including the ability to create and manage spreadsheets, use formulas, and implement data validation.
VLOOKUP, PIVOT TABLE, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, ADVANCED FILTERS .. all functions needed to manage tables, create, and export reports from SAP.
Self-control, focus, and the ability to work remotely are essential.
SAP knowledge is required.
Notes:
Monday to Friday (hybrid position 2 days at the office and 3 days at home. Flexibility is required to some weeks with more days working at the office.
