Working remote M,TH, Fri and In Office Tue and Wed with the teamDescription:POSITION SUMMARY:The Travel Coordinator will provide logistical support to providers working in various states. This position arranges air travel, hotels and rental cars as needed. The Coordinator will communicate changes in existing travel arrangements to providers and other departments as neededESSENTIAL FUNCTION:Fluently speak, read, and write English. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to prioritize and multi-task. Intermediate skills in MS Office. Accurate data entry skills. Good analytical skills. Takes weekend call on a rotating basis. Ability to work overtime and on call. Arrange provider travel arrangements while remaining within budget. Troubleshoot and make changes to existing travel arrangements to accommodate changes in provider and member schedules. Works effectively with other departments to ensure we meet compliance requirements as set by the company. Assist/coach/coordinate with other team members. Participate in staff meetings, conference calls, and other meetings, as needed. Be on time, ready to work at assigned work location on a daily basis. Manage time effectively. Respond well to coaching and supervision. Complete reports as requested by Supervisor.Assist/coach/coordinate with other team members Attend training sessions to acquire/enhance skills related to programs offered. Maintains a neat, orderly work area.
