U.S. Staffing Recruiting ManagerPosition SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven U.S. Staffing Recruiting Manager to lead and manage assigned U.S. and India staffing recruitment teams.This position, based in the U.S., will play a critical role in overseeing recruitment strategies, optimizing team performance, and ensuring that our clients receive top-tier talent solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, deep knowledge of the staffing industry, and a proven track record of managing recruitment teams across geographies.Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership and Management:Drive and manage assigned staffing recruitment teams in U.S. and India, ensuring alignment with company objectives.Provide regular coaching, mentoring, and feedback to recruiters to enhance their performance and professional development.Build a strong team culture that fosters collaboration, motivation, and accountability.Monitor and evaluate team performance metrics (e.g., fill rates, submittals, client feedback) to identify areas for improvement.Collaborate with team leads in both the U.S. and India to adopt best practices.Client Engagement and Relationship Management:Act as a point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their staffing needs are understood and met with high-quality candidates.Work closely with clients to address any challenges, gather feedback, and maintain strong relationships.Market Intelligence and Compliance:Stay updated on U.S. market trends, client demands, and industry best practices.Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies.QualificationsExperience:Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in U.S. staffing/recruitment, including 2+ years in a leadership or engagement roleProven success in managing recruitment teams across geographies, particularly in the U.S. and India.Experience with Managed Service Provider (MSP) staffing models and Vendor Management Systems (VMS).Hands-on experience with W2, C2C, and 1099 placements.Skills:Strong understanding of the U.S. job market and recruitment practicesExceptional leadership and team management abilitiesExcellent communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management skillsProficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment toolsAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisionsNote :United States (Remote)Employment Type: Full-TimeVIVA is an equal opportunity employer.
