Job Description


GENERAL FUNCTION:
The UM Support Analyst/Admin administrative and data entry work supporting UM prior authorization requests, work in Facets, Filebound, Jira, outbound notification calls to providers and members.

Prior HealthFirst & Anthem prior authorization experience a plus.

Specific Skills Needed:
Top 3-5 mandatory and/or minimum requirements data entry experience, familiarity with excel and office
Top 3-5 desirable attributes/qualifications Critical thinking skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask

Notes:

8:30 - 5:30 pm (flexible)
100% onsite
