Description:

General Function:

  • The UM Support Analyst/Admin administrative and data entry work supporting UM prior authorization requests, work in Facets, Filebound, Jira, outbound notification calls to providers and members.

  • Administrative and data entry work supporting UM prior authorization requests, work in Facets, Filebound, Jira, outbound notification calls to providers and members

Specific Skills Needed:

Top 3-5 mandatory and/or minimum requirements:

  • Data entry experience, familiarity with excel and office

Top 3-5 desirable attributes/qualifications:

  • Critical thinking skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask

Experience:

  • Prior HealthFirst & Anthem prior authorization experience a plus.

Note:

100% onsite

Estimated Hours Per Week: 40 each

Hours: 8:30 - 5:30 pm (flexible)
