Description:As a User Experience (UX) Design Lead, you will support projects of moderate and high complexity through the development of User Interaction task flows, wireframes, prototypes through to final production for new and existing products.In addition, you will:Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to features and develop user-centered system requirementsPlan, coordinate, and perform UX interaction design and validation activities for a variety of projects of highly automated systemsCollaborate with UX designers on solution concepts derived from user-centered system requirementsWork closely with engineering and development teams to ensure features are implemented according to specificationMentor and coach less-experienced UX DesignersWhat Skills You NeedFour or more years of experience planning, executing, and analyzing UX design projectsFour or more years of visual interface design as applied to web and mobileFour or more years of experience applying User-Centered Design principles to complex interface problemsFour or more years of experience working with cross-functional teams, such as: engineering, software development, marketing, and business leadersThree or more years of experience of communicating research methodology, design concepts, data analysis, and test results to a broad range of stakeholdersThree or more years of experience with technology and product development processesWhat Makes You Stand OutTwo or more years of visual interface design as applied to in-vehicle displaysDemonstrate ability to champion end user experience and to influence digital product designs across product areasDemonstrate experience in product discovery, design research and concept validation to inform experience definition and design conceptsA strong portfolio of UI visual design, task flows, and designing to solve user problemsExperience using UX metrics and a user-centered design process to provide insights to product engineering groupsExperience applying design principles in terms of user flows, accessibility, visual hierarchy, and brand influenceDemonstrated ability to utilize prototyping, user flows, storyboards and/or existing research to provide insights to design ahead of high-fidelity design deliveryExperience designing for agriculture in-vehicle interfacesEducation (or equivalent work experience)Ideally, you will have a degree or equivalent work experience in the following:Bachelor's degree in a Human Factors, Graphic Design, Interaction / Visual Design, or related field discipline or equivalent experienceNote: A portfolio demonstrating ability to prototype and design elegant UX solutions (website URL or attachment) is required upon application.
