User Technology Specialist

Provide temporary IT support to ensure continuity during absences of the primary ITSS. This role is critical to maintaining operations and preventing service disruptions.

Key Responsibilities:
Serve as backup IT support specialist for the client. Provide end-user support for laptops, desktops, and mobile devices. Manage hardware inventory and lifecycle. Perform preventative maintenance and maintain documentation. Assist with user training, deployment, and process improvements.

Must haves:
User support experience
Imaging systems experience
User computer imaging and deployment experience

Required Skills
Desktop support experience
