This role is best suited for a strong execution-focused UX Designer with experience working in complex or enterprise environments. Ideal candidates can independently deliver high-quality design work while collaborating closely with product and engineering, and have exposure to research and systems thinking.
UX Designer with experience working on enterprise products to help design intuitive, efficient experiences across complex workflows.
In this role, you’ll focus on translating product requirements and user needs into clear, usable designs. You’ll partner closely with product managers and engineers to deliver high-quality UX solutions that support business operations and improve how employees interact with internal tools.
This role emphasizes strong execution within complex environments, with opportunities to contribute to discovery and research.
Key Responsibilities
Design end-to-end user experiences for enterprise tools, from wireframes through high-fidelity UI
Translate product requirements and business needs into intuitive user flows and interface designs
Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to align on requirements, constraints, and implementation
Iterate on designs based on stakeholder feedback, usability findings, and technical considerations
Create prototypes to communicate design concepts and interaction patterns
Contribute to usability improvements across workflows, focusing on clarity, efficiency, and consistency
Participate in user research activities (e.g., usability testing, interviews) and apply insights to design decisions
Leverage and contribute to existing design systems and shared UI patterns
Required Skills
4+ years of UX design experience on cross-functional product teams
Experience designing for complex workflows or enterprise tools, including:
Multi-step processes
Role-based experiences
Data-heavy interfaces
Strong proficiency in Figma, including:
Component-based design
Prototyping
Collaboration workflows
Ability to translate defined product requirements into effective design solutions, including:
User flows
Wireframes and high-fidelity designs
Iterative improvements based on feedback
Experience collaborating with product managers and engineers to deliver production-ready designs
Exposure to user research, including:
Supporting or conducting usability testing or interviews
Applying insights to improve design outcomes
Portfolio demonstrating:
Clear problem-solving approach
End-to-end feature design work
Experience working within complex applications
Preferred Skills
Exposure to service design methods (e.g., journey mapping, basic service blueprinting)
Experience working within or contributing to a design system
Experience designing for Android platforms (Material Design familiarity)
Ability to clearly communicate design decisions and rationale to cross-functional partners
