Your Responsibilities:
As a UX Designer for the client, you will support projects of moderate and high complexity through the development of User Interaction task flows, wireframes, prototypes through to final production for new and existing products. This role centers on optimizing customer, dealer, and internal user interfaces for better usability and efficiency.
Additional role responsibilities:
Design, schedule, build, and deliver new and enhanced, moderately complex portals and websites to achieve the agreed plan in terms of quality, cost, and timing, and create an engaging website.
Develop website maps, application models, and image or page templates to meet user needs, industry standards, and/or project goals.
Support digital channel management by analyzing best practices through competitive benchmarking, customer insights, A/B testing, feedback from cross-functional partners, and site feature/functionality enhancement.
Research and interpret data, trends, and benchmarks relevant to digital products/services design.
Support the implementation of differentiating customer experience initiatives, tools, and processes, including customer experience testing.
Identify shortcomings in existing processes, systems, and procedures, and use established change management programs to address them.
Collate and analyze data using preset tools, methods, and formats. Involves working independently.
Contribute to the understanding of user segments, trends, needs, and expectations by reporting and providing feedback on client interactions.
What Skills You Need:
2 or more years of experience in UX/UI design, including designing for Mobile applications and complex interfaces, with a focus on user-centric solutions.
Proficiency with design and rapid-prototyping in Figma
Experience in holistic design thinking, applying strategic thinking and business goals to design work, focus on usability, and understand aesthetic values
Experience transitioning easily between multiple topics and aesthetics
Experience incorporating branding and common design system components and guidelines into product experiences.
Effective communication and presentation skills
Ability to translate customer needs into design and effectively articulate that design to technical team members.
What Makes You Stand Out:
A strong portfolio of UI including Diversity in layouts, formats, and clickable prototypes
High degree of comfort in Figma (or transferrable experience)
Ability to articulate design decisions to stakeholders to drive an intentional design philosophy
Experience understanding and applying visual brand guidelines/style guides
Experience with agile development methodologies
Evidence of continuous UX learning/upskilling and certifications
Experience with accessibility design and guidelines
Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, etc.
Education:
Ideally, you will have a degree or equivalent work experience in the following:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Usability, Graphic Arts, Digital Design, Industrial Design, Marketing, Human Factors or related discipline
Candidates must be proficient with Figma
Notes:
Work Hours: 1st shift, 8 am to 4:30 pm with minimal overtime
Remote but highly prefer onsite candidates
Business casual dress code.
