Curriculum Developer I – Marketing

Overview:
Join our client's Marketing Communications team to create impactful video content that connects with customers, dealers, and employees. This role combines creativity and organization, supporting our sales and marketing organization and factory teams through high-quality video production and asset management.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage digital archiving and trafficking of assets with accurate metadata.
Write scripts and assist in video production for customer, dealer, and internal audiences.
Support special events and projects including customer event, product feature, workaround, and instructional videos.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver engaging content.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
2+ years of experience in video production or related field.
Strong writing and organizational skills.
Familiarity with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro) and digital asset management systems.

Major Purpose
Develops training curriculum and performance improvement materials on products, processes, and systems through contributions and participation in a systematic development process. Collects and organizes content from various stakeholders by collaborating with intra- and inter- departmental stakeholders. Facilitates the handoff process from development to delivery. Operates as part of a team during the initiation through completion of the project.

Major Duties
Deliver analyses of HR data; identify trends and contribute to the creation of HR insights that enable the diagnosis of business issues, enhancement of employee engagement, and/or improvement of business performance.
Design learning sessions to meet the requirements of a specified curriculum or to fill gaps in existing programs; develop and maintain relevant content and high-quality training resources to ensure high levels of learner engagement and achievement of learning outcomes.
Deliver training sessions or short courses, engaging, advising, and guiding learners and evaluating the achievement of intended learning outcomes.
Support the identification of learning needs by analyzing performance and competence data to identify gaps in relation to required levels; recommend priorities for learning and development (L&D) interventions.
Work within established procedures to achieve specified goals.
Organize and prepare complex documents using a variety of applications for technology devices, such as standard office software. Also responsible for gathering and summarizing data for special reports.
Resolve queries from internal or external customers or suppliers by providing information on complex processes and the related policies, referring issues to others where necessary for interpretation of policy.
Contribute to the creation of development centers; tailor pre-existing exercises and feedback and development planning processes and tools; draft new content as directed; draft documentation; train assessors to engage assessees, facilitate activities, and support individuals in their development planning.
Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching; gain or maintain external professional accreditation, where relevant, to improve performance and fulfill personal potential. Maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media.
