Description:Job DutiesEnsures that all guests to the client Pavilion receive an exceptional client experience.Performs opening and closing procedures for the facility.Performs front desk information operations, administrative duties.Assist in all general daily activities as needed.Receives ongoing training and development.Works special events, including set up, and tear down.Has availability to work during a 7-day-a-week operation, including holidays.Acts as an ambassador for all community attractions and businesses.Greet guests, tour groups, etc.Answer the main Pavilion phone line at the front deskTake tour reservation with guests via phoneGreet visitors/groups and give a short overview of the self-guided Pavilion layoutRequired SkillsCandidates should have a friendly, outgoing personality, and be comfortable interacting with Pavilion guestsAbility to multi-taskAttention to detailClear written and verbal communicationHigh level of customer service and professionalismSome computer experience would be helpfulPrevious experience working in a museum is a plusNotes:This will be an Onsite positionShould have availability Monday-Saturday (closed on Sunday)This is a Part Time Visitor Services position candidates MUST be available to work on Saturdays.The hours of operation for the facility are Monday from 1-5, Tuesday-Saturday from 9-5, closed on Sunday.
