Description :VM Specialist GENERAL FUNCTIONThis role supports the team that manages 1000+ client's stores with VM communication. This includes VM guidelines for all initiatives, including monthly marketing updates, tests, prop initiatives and new store openings. This role requires working closely with cross functional partners and coordinating tools and processes with operational functions. The ideal candidate would be extremely detail oriented, have excellent analytical and project management skills.MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Establish working templates for all guidelines in Adobe CS softwareSupport with all projects with prop strategies & space planningSupport with guidelines needed for all VM setups Support NRR ( New stores, Remodels and Relocations) with guidelinesManage digital platforms for guideline uploadBASIC QUALIFICATIONS 2-4 years in similar roles, preferably in a retail channel with multi-brands approach The ideal candidate for this role understands multi-brand visual merchandising and in-store execution experience Candidate must be extremely detail oriented, able to think analytically with precision and consistency, and able to understand and manage the complexity of a diverse store group Candidate must be extremely proficient in managing data with Microsoft excel and Adobe CS Strong Project management skills Ability to work in a changing environment in a complex organization Strong team skills and an aptitude for cross functional interactions Strong communication skills, both verbal and written PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Business Management Degree or Equivalent Note :Work hours: 30 to 40 hours a week – 9am to 5pmVIVA is an equal opportunity employer.
