Should a resource be selected to convert to a FTE after approximately 10wks:
There is a good chance our starting rate will increase to $20 (FTE) an hour within a few weeks. This will incentivize working through the agency before transitioning to a full time job in 10 weeks.
This individual will be responsible for daily warehouse tasks such as receiving material and picking or auditing customer orders.

Ensuring overall inventory and order accuracy.

Stock picker, reach truck, or pallet jack experience would be a plus.
Work safely and follow appropriate safety requirements.
Ability to communicate and coordinate issues.
Adhere to processes and procedures.

Required Qualifications:

Highschool Diploma or GED
1+ year warehousing or similar experience
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Ability to push and or pull up to 75 lbs.
Ability to stand/walk up to 10 hours
Ability to read and comprehend customers' orders, bills of lading, etc.
Basic math skills
Knowledge or ability to learn computer software systems

Notes:
The shift would be 10:30am to 7pm, Monday through Friday. Past experience working in a warehouse. Experience with material handling equipment would be a plus, but it is not a requirement. One of the openings is in the quality control department which does not require operating MHE, but it does require standing in one general area for the majority of the shift.
