JOB DESCRIPTIONWarehouseThis position will be responsible for fulfilling hardware requests related to broken hardware within client facilities. This fulfillment includes stocking, picking, tracking, configuring, and shipping hardware. The position also manages detailed inventory tracking and warranty processing.This role requires high attention to detail and a strong understanding of inventory systems, and the data required to accurately leverage them. The role may work directly with client store contacts to understand impact to the end user, so the ability to clearly communicate – both verbal and written – and build excellent business relationships quickly is essential.Time AllocationThis role must be flexible enough to provide whatever services are needed in any given day. Below is an example of how time could be spent:60% fulfillment of hardware incidents (picking and shipment of hardware)25% inventory tracking and reconciliation15% configuration/application of firmwareTop Must Haves:Detail oriented and ability to provide systematic reportingExperience working with inventory systems – and the detailed data required to accurately leverage those systemsExcellent communication – both written and verbal – as well as relationship building skillsPositive attitude and ability/comfort working in ambiguity with little oversight.
