Warehouse logistic coordinator


A Snapshot of Your Day (position overview)

The Warehouse Logistics Coordinator plays a key role in managing day-to-day warehouse operations. This position ensures efficient inventory control, accurate order fulfillment, and smooth logistics activities. The coordinator works closely with warehouse staff, Managers, logistics teams, and external vendors to maintain operational excellence. Keeping a safe and clean installation environment following the client installation guidelines to ensure high quality standards. Emphasizing teamwork, following instructions and completing tasks as assigned by a supervisor or team leader.


How You’ll Make an Impact (responsibilities)

Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely loading/unloading

Inspect received goods for accuracy and quality

Active following the lead of processes, procedures, timelines and given schedules

Prepare and verify shipping documents (BOLs, packing lists, labels)

Organize warehouse layout to ensure efficient storage, accessibility, and safety

Oversee picking, packing, staging, and replenishment processes

Schedule deliveries, pickups, and carrier appointments

Ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA regulations, and safety standards


What You Bring (requirements)

High school diploma, (Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred), equivalent degree or work experience of 3 to 5 years in logistics

Experience in logistics, inventory control

supervision experiences preferred

mechanical field and hands on experience

experience with forklift operations

safety procedure knowledge

emphasizing working in a team and following directions

English language, knowledge of technical vocabulary and fluid speaking and writing of the English language

Self-motivated to learn, acquire knowledge and self-study

Integrate into an existing team and adapt to processes

Basic computer skills for Microsoft
