The client is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead the startup and ongoing operation of a new warehouse supporting the Power Electronics Center of Competence. This role is critical to establishing efficient, safe, and scalable warehouse operations that support engineering and customer delivery commitments.

As a hands-on operational leader, you will be responsible for warehouse start-up activities, inventory management, logistics coordination, and team leadership, while driving compliance, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Develop and implement warehouse processes for receiving, storage, kitting, picking, packing, and shipping to support power electronics testing lab and service activities.
Ensure accurate inventory management and control using SAP, including material master setup, inventory transactions, cycle counting, and reconciliation.
Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external logistics providers to meet facility needs and delivery schedules.
Maintain compliance with all the client internal policies and applicable regulatory, safety, and environmental requirements.
Build, lead, and develop alongside a high-performing team by fostering a strong commitment to a culture of safety, quality, and integrity.
Monitor and improve warehouse performance using KPIs, data analysis, and lean principles.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, cost optimization, space utilization, and service levels.
Apply risk assessments to evaluate operational, safety, and compliance risks, and to support data-driven process changes and continuous improvement initiatives within warehouse and inventory operations.
Support audits and ensure strong governance, documentation, and controls across warehouse operations.

Your Background
