Description:The Warehouse Picker is responsible for accurately selecting, preparing, and staging products for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The Warehouse Packer is responsible for accurately preparing, packing, and labeling customer orders to ensure safe and efficient shipment. This role plays a key part in maintaining smooth warehouse operations by following quality standards, meeting productivity goals, and keeping the work area clean and organized.Key ResponsibilitiesPick and pack customer orders using handheld scanners, pick lists, or warehouse management systemsLocate products in the warehouse and ensure correct item, quantity, and condition Prepare orders for shipping, including labeling, wrapping, and palletizing Maintain inventory accuracy by reporting discrepancies or damaged itemsOperate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, carts, or forklifts show forklift certification requirementsFollow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area Meet productivity and accuracy targets set by warehouse leadership Assist with restocking shelves and general warehouse tasks as neededPack, and prepare orders according to company standards and customer requirements Inspect items for damage, accuracy, and quality before packingUse packing materials to secure products and prevent damage during transitLabel packages correctly and ensure all documentation is completeOperate basic warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, scanners, carts)Operate forklift equipment previous experience is required Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Follow safety procedures and report any issues or hazards Assist with inventory counts and restocking as needed Meet daily productivity and accuracy targetsQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredPrevious warehouse or packing experience is a plusAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periodsStrong attention to detail and accuracyBasic reading, writing, and math skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentReliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a teamWork EnvironmentFrequent lifting, bending, and moving of materialsUse of safety equipment as requiredNotes:Shift: 9am-6:45pm (OT and weekends as needed)
