Warehouse Supervisor

Job Description

Will oversee the daily activities of Material Handlers responsible for moving and staging truck parts between multiple warehouse locations. This role ensures accurate part movement to support overall operational efficiency.

Primary Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate Material Handler tasks and daily workflow
Ensure accurate handling, staging, and movement of truck parts
Monitor productivity and adjust work assignments to meet operational needs
Ensure adherence to company policies and OSHA safety standards
Communicate issues or delays to onsite leadership
Support inventory accuracy and basic documentation as required

Required Qualifications:

Previous warehouse supervisory or lead experience
Ability to operate—or train others on—forklifts and related warehouse equipment
Strong communication skills and ability to direct a team
High attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot issues
Ability to work in a fast paced, physical warehouse environment

Preferred Skills:

Experience in parts handling, shipping/receiving, or logistics
Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS)

Notes:
Sunday- Wednesday from 6pm-2:30am (8hrs +0.5hrs break
this is a union shop
