Job Description:WarehouseThe client provides its users with non-retail hardware fulfillment, inventory, and break/fix services related to multiple platforms (e.g., Windows, macOS). This position will be responsible for fulfilling deployment/recovery requests related to hardware utilized by client users. Fulfillment includes stocking, picking, tracking, configuring, and shipping hardware. This position will also be responsible for detailed inventory management and break/fix operations. This role requires a high attention to detail as well as a general understanding or desire to learn the intricacies of the hardware that client supports.The role may work directly with client users, so ability to clearly communicate – both verbal and written – and build excellent business relationships quickly is essential.Time will be spent:This role must be flexible to provide appropriate services as needed on any given day.
