JOB DESCRIPTIONWarehouseThis position will be responsible for fulfilling hardware requests related to broken hardware within client facilities. This fulfillment includes stocking, picking, tracking, configuring, and shipping hardware. This position will also be responsible for detailed inventory management and warranty processing. This role requires a high attention to detail as well as a general understanding or desire to learn the intricacies of the hardware that the client supports. The role may work directly with client store contacts in order to understand impact to the end user, so ability to clearly communicate – both verbal and written – and build excellent business relationships quickly is essential.Time will be spent:This role must be flexible enough to provide whatever services are needed in any given day.The below is an example of how time could be spent:60% fulfillment of hardware incidents (picking and shipment of hardware)25% inventory tracking and reconciliation15% configuration/application of firmwareTop Must haves:1. Detail oriented and ability to provide systematic reporting2. Experience working with inventory systems – and the detailed data required to accurately leverage those systems3. Excellent communication –both written and verbal – as well as relationship building skills.4. Positive attitude and ability/comfort working in ambiguity with little oversight. Strong problem-solving capabilities and analytical skills.5. Interest in learning more about new and evolving technologies6. Ability to lift/move pallets and packages of 25 lbs+Top Nice to haves:1. Technical degree2. Experience working in a corporate environment3.
