Position Description Job Duties & Responsibilities: - Design and produce materials to support departmental SharePoint & Intranet sites and communication channels. - Create and publish engaging and quality content on the departments SharePoint and Intranet sites. - Building department SharePoint sites and intranet(s) - Partnering with business stakeholders to gather functional requirements, review and approval of all site updates - Ensuring all SharePoint & Intranet features and updates are thoroughly tested and function as expected - Migration and/or archival of Intranet/SharePoint content, forms and data - Training users and content editorsSkills Preferred Experience working with Microsoft Cloud based SharePoint and Intranet configurations to include designing and creating content on both platforms. Adobe Creative Suite (PhotoShop, InDesign) preferred but not requiredExperience Required Preferred 2 yearsSkills Required Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint SharePoint cloud and Intranet experience Collaborative and able to work with multiple teams within the organization Extreme attention to detail Can follow directions and meet deadlinesNotes:1st ShiftEstimated Regular Hours/Week 40.00VIVA is an equal opportunity employer.
