Job Description


Develop, maintain, and optimize well construction activity schedules across all phases of planning and execution.
Ensure all equipment, tools, materials, and personnel are identified, forecasted, and scheduled to meet operational timelines.
Issue delivery schedules and logistics requirements, including recommended transportation methods, staging points, and sequencing.
Serve as the primary communication bridge between operations teams, engineering, procurement, service providers, logistics, and field leadership.
Distribute schedule updates, delivery expectations, and resource requirements to all stakeholders.
Facilitate cross-functional alignment to minimize operational delays.
Continuously monitor progress against the execution plan and update the schedule based on unforeseen events or operational changes.
Identify risks related to timing, resource constraints, supply chain bottlenecks, or logistics challenges.
Escalate any potential delays or delivery risks early to the Project Manager for timely mitigation.
Provide routine schedule progress reports, project dashboards, and delay analyses.
Document schedule deviations, root causes, and proposed corrective actions.
Maintain accurate, audit-ready planning records and revision histories.

Essential Requirements of the role:
Proven experience in planning, scheduling, project coordination, or operations within the client industry.
Strong understanding of well construction workflows, drilling operations, or field service logistics.
Ability to interpret technical planning inputs, scope requirements, and operational dependencies.
Experience working in environments that require strict adherence to project timelines and quality standards.

Tools or Software:
Proficiency with project planning and scheduling platforms such as:
Familiarity with supply chain or logistics management systems.
Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, scheduling templates).
Experience with drilling, engineering, or well planning software is a plus.

Education Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Project Mgmt preferred by not required or equivalent experience
