Job Purpose:

This job is responsible for providing daily administrator support and improvement efforts for Workday and additional Payroll Strategic Business applications, including configuration and ad-hoc reporting; supporting implementation of system upgrades; testing system enhancements, troubleshooting issues and documenting workflows; monitoring data logs and managing releases; providing ongoing technical support to payroll operations employees; ad-hoc performance of quality audits. This role will be involved in creating test cases and testing interfaces to various vendors and various systems within the client.

Required Job Qualifications:

5 years’ experience with Workday U.S. Payroll, Absence & Time Tracking; Vendor Relationship experience; Project Management.

Skills & Experience:

1. Workday (U.S. Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, EIBs, etc.)
2. Workday Reporting & Integration support
3. Vendor Management; Open Cases, Troubleshoot Issues, Manage Release Testing, etc.


Preferred Qualification(s)
Workday Certification
