Project support will include configuration to BP’s; supporting testing by developing test plans and creating test cases; & implementation of system enhancements; creation of calculated fields and validation rules. Production support could include troubleshooting user issues and documenting workflows; ad-hoc performance of quality audits; monitoring of cases and IT tickets to support with production related issues for Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent and Performance with a focus on identifying streamlining opportunities. Required Job Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Workday Recruiting and/or Talent Administrator; to include configuring related Business Processes, Questionnaires, Agencies, Goal Setting, Performance Review, Disciplinary Action Templates, Talent Review, Talent Calibration, Career Profile etc.Workday Systems AdministrationAbility to Troubleshoot Issues independentlyThorough documentationRapid development of proof of conceptsAbility to multitask on competing prioritiesClear and articulate communicationsAbility to translate customer requirements into technical documentationEnd-to-end experience implementing Workday functionality and modules; i.e. planning, design, configuration, testing, deployment, etc. Preferred Job Qualifications:Significant experience creating Workday reportsWorkday Pro Recruiting & Workday Pro Talent Certified Notes:Remote in any state, but must be able to work CST standard business hoursVIVA is an equal opportunity employer.
