Description:The client is a grant-administering client also mandated to provide research services for a variety of justice and prevention-related efforts. Housed within the client, the client provides data analyses and research services to the client’s programs and to external stakeholders across the client. The client, in partnership with client, is funded to administer the client biennially to 8th, 10th, and 12th grade students across client. The client examines youth substance use, gang involvement, risky behaviors, risk and protective factors, and exposure to bullying and violence. The client is administered to approximately 50,000 students during each administration year, and the next administration will start in January 2026. The client administration team is planning to convene a 2026 client Working Group with diverse subject matter experts in prevention and education to discuss changes and improvements to the existing survey design and administration. As a result, the client administration team is seeking an experienced professional to assist the 2026 client Working Group with neutral facilitation of survey discussion. The service provider will1) meet with the client administration team to learn about the survey and establish agenda items for a total of three (3) meetings to be held in March and April 2025,2) lead and facilitate the discussions at the three meetings, and3) finalize a comprehensive report of recommendations made by the 2026 Client Working GroupSkills RequiredMust have the ability to plan, organize, and facilitate discussions with a diverse group of stakeholders. This position requires the ability to maintain neutrality during the discussion in order to facilitate engagement among stakeholders. Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.
