Position Overview


Description:

Administrative Assistance

Key Responsibilities
Day-to-day calendar management for mid-level leaders of a department identified by business-driven value, including scheduling and managing leaders availability, handling meeting logistics, process meeting requests on behalf of leaders supported based on availability and priority, and maintain and organize meeting materials
Uses attention to detail to identify scheduling conflicts and proactively engages with others to resolve
Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, transportation, and itinerary management.
Support expense reporting, purchasing requests, invoice processing, and budget-related administrative activities.
Prepare materials as needed for key meetings, or activities and documents to support discussions.
Help with the coordination of large team meetings, customer visits, plant tours, and offsite events.
Manage event logistics including facilities, catering, transportation, lodging, and communications.
Serve as the primary administrative contact for event planning and execution.

Required
High school diploma or equivalent.
Demonstrated administrative, coordination, or office management experience.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel (basic), and Word.
Ability to navigate a variety of business systems to complete work.
Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
